Torrey Pines Tee Times SMS Alerts
What You Will Receive
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you will receive text messages about:
- Tee time availability alerts matching your configured preferences (course, date, time range, number of players)
- Booking confirmation and status updates
- Booking request receipts
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on tee time availability and your configured alert preferences. Typically 1–5 messages per day when actively monitoring. You control your alert settings and can pause or stop monitoring at any time.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages on the homepage at https://torreypinesteetimes.com:
- Visit https://torreypinesteetimes.com and fill in your tee time preferences.
- Check the “Also notify me by text message” checkbox. This checkbox is unchecked by default.
- A phone number field appears. Enter your mobile phone number.
- Review the consent disclosure displayed adjacent to the checkbox (visible at all times without scrolling or interaction).
- Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation text message.
You must actively check the box and provide your phone number to opt in. The consent disclosure displayed at the opt-in point states:
“By checking this box, you consent to receive autodialed SMS messages from Torrey Pines Tee Times about tee time availability and booking updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not required to use this service.”
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
- Unchecking SMS notifications in your account settings.
- Contacting us at admin@torreypinesteetimes.com.
After opting out, you can opt back in at any time by replying START to our number or re-enabling SMS in your account settings.

Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Torrey Pines Tee Times. The service works fully with email-only notifications. SMS is an optional notification method.
Age Requirement
By opting in to SMS messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to receive SMS messages from Torrey Pines Tee Times.
Supported Carriers
Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Torrey Pines Tee Times is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues or device incompatibility.
Privacy
Your phone number is used solely for delivering SMS notifications you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is provided by Twilio, which receives your phone number only when you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
